Your running plan, built on the runs you actually do.

Masir reads your runs in Apple Health, works out your paces from your current fitness and reorganises the plan when the week does not go as planned.

Give it a race time, get your paces back.

in
Your time
Easy run
6:25 – 7:12 /km
Most of your running
Threshold
5:37 – 5:47 /km
An effort you could hold for an hour
Intervals
5:06 – 5:14 /km
Hard reps of 3 to 5 minutes

These are the paces Masir sets on each of your sessions. In the app you type nothing: it works them out from your runs, and works them out again when your fitness moves.

See all your paces and estimated race times

What you carry in your pocket.

Five screens of the app, as they are.

  1. A 10K plan: each week's sessions as columns of dots, the phases, and the current week.

A plan built on what you already run

Masir reads your history in Apple Health: Apple Watch, iPhone, or a Garmin, COROS or Polar watch as soon as it writes to it. Your starting volume comes from there, not from a questionnaire. From 5K to the marathon, with a target time if you have one.

  2. An uphill interval session, 6 × 45 s, block by block, with the pace and time of each block.

    Every session, block by block

The structure, the target pace, the estimated duration, and the purpose of the session. Paces adjust to the day's heat and humidity.

  3. The “Take a break” screen: illness or injury, three, seven or fourteen days, and what the plan will do.

The week goes sideways, the plan follows

A missed session, tiredness, a holiday, an injury: you say so, the plan reorganises itself and tells you what changed. Load builds in steps, so you do not do too much, too soon.

  4. A live run: the route on the map, distance, time and pace.

    Live GPS, no watch needed

Start the session from your iPhone: distance, time and pace on the map, block after block. Your runs tick off the plan's sessions by themselves.

  5. The Progress screen: the fitness index out of 100 month by month, and weekly volume.

    You see where you stand

Your predicted time for the goal, each week's volume, your personal records. Figures taken from your runs.

Chasing a time?

The pace to hold, your splits and the sessions to get there.
